Scope and developer contact
This policy explains how RiverMarket processes information when you use the RiverMarket Android application. RiverMarket is a Mahjong-inspired floating-market route game and does not require an account or login. Contact compasproie at [email protected] with questions or requests.
Information collected
RiverMarket may process Adjust attribution identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID when available, the Adjust advertising identifier, app launches, session activity, campaign or attribution values, technical app or device information, and the IP address visible to configuration, mode-loading, loaded-receipt, or diagnostic HTTPS endpoints. The app does not read, calculate, or store your IP locally. A short-lived loading receipt may be sent after a configured remote page completes its WebView loading callbacks.
RiverMarket does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone data, payment details, or health data. The support email is a developer contact, not player data.
Local storage and gameplay progress
Your route, scores, reached docks, route count, settings, and gameplay preferences are saved in WebView local storage on your device. This progress is not uploaded by the game. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes it.
How information is used
Information supports remote configuration and mode loading, Adjust attribution and session measurement, loading-failure diagnostics, duplicate-receipt prevention, and local gameplay. RiverMarket does not offer gambling, betting, cash prizes, purchases, or real-money rewards.
Sharing and third-party services
Adjust processes attribution and measurement information as a third-party service provider under its own policies and service terms. A configured remote HTTPS destination may receive normal web requests and may process information under its own privacy policy. RiverMarket does not send local gameplay progress to it. RiverMarket does not sell personal information.
Network and security
Remote requests use HTTPS, omit cookies and credentials, and use strict destination validation. The app does not download executable code, APKs, or dynamic native modules from configuration responses.
Data retention and deletion
Local gameplay data remains until reset in Settings, Android app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Adjust and configuration services retain server-side records according to their service configuration and policies; periods can vary by record type. Children’s privacy
RiverMarket is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly request personal information from children. Contact compasproie if you believe a child has provided personal information.
User choices and rights
You can limit use of the Android Advertising ID through Android device settings. The offline game remains available if attribution identifiers are unavailable. You can reset local data from Settings or Android settings. Resetting local data does not necessarily delete server-side records held by Adjust or configuration services. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when RiverMarket's features, SDKs, remote configuration, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated for material revisions.
